The founder of this app is a Pet Photographer located in Chicago. If you are in Chi Town or plan to travel here with your dog(s), you can get your very own Fetch Portrait! Dog Photography has recently become the all-the-rage, but Jennifer Whaley has been doing it for nearly a decade. As a matter of fact, it's where the app came from! She's photographed over 5,000 dogs to date...3,000 of which were to help homeless animals find their forever families.
